Catering company Vermaat Group comes into Swiss hands. Kees Vermaat and his cousin Paul Vermaat sold the IJsselstein-based family business this week to Zug-based investment company Partners Group, reportedly for €390 mln. The hospitality company, which touted itself in its annual report as a market leader in hospitals and museums, achieved sales of €110 mln in 2014, €27 mln more than in the previous year. The Helvetians paid “the top price,” according to one banker. The family stands at spot 200 in the Quote 500 with assets of €105 million and have been among the growth diamonds of the list for some time.
